- I have been married for 52 years, and have 5 children, 3 grandsons, and 1 great-granddaughter. I have lived in Kentucky, Indiana, New Mexico, California, and Utah. I earned a BA and MEd at Brigham Young University and a library media certificate at Utah State University. I taught public school middle grades for 43 years before retiring in 2016.
